A: Due to the large volume of orders we handle per day, it takes us three business days (Saturday, Sunday, and recognized National Holidays are NOT business days) to process your order. Meaning your order will not even leave our warehouse for at least three business days after we receive your payment.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (US Mail / Post Office). This means you should receive your order 7-10 days after your order is processed (see above). We have no control over the Post Office's shipping schedules. However we do use delivery confirmation on all our packages.

It is best to smoke the leaf material in a pipe (not a joint). Even though some folks do roll it in paper, a water-pipe or vaporizer should be used to smoke Herbal Smoke Blends, which must be smoked hot (vaporized). The smoke must be inhaled quickly, and held deeply in order to take full effect. Herbal Smoke should not be smoked in cigarette form because the leaves need to undergo combustion by means of a much hotter flame than an ordinary cigarette lighter. For this, we have found that an electrically charged, butane "torch" type lighter works best.

To smoke correctly, hold the flame directly over the leaves of a medium sized bowl of a short pipe or water pipe. Draw it down into the leaves, igniting them for the entire duration of the inhalation. The amount used will vary from person to person.
